unable to open the camera

hello,
I am using zed box orin. I installed zed sdk and gmsl driver. cameras are detected but unable to be opened using this command.

user@GTW-ONX1-E1MI1MOW:~$ /usr/local/zed/tools/ZED_Explorer

i get the below for diagnostic

This command generated a file named dmesg.log in the home folder.
