Unable to boot ZED Box Orin NX after restart

After a recent power shutdown, my ZED Box Orin NX 16GB no longer boots properly. Upon startup, I only see a black screen with a blinking cursor. The system doesn’t respond to Ctrl + Alt + F1 or Ctrl + Alt + F3 only Ctrl + Alt + Del works when held.

I also attempted to boot from an external USB drive with the official firmware image (following the provided instructions), but the behavior remains the same: just a black screen with a blinking cursor. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the boot process now takes significantly longer than before.

These are the photos of the loading process. After that the black screen with blinking cursor appears.

Could you please advise on how to proceed with diagnosing or recovering the system without loosing the data if possible?

The file system of the Jetson is no longer valid.
I recommend you reflash the device to recover it:

Wow, that’s unexpected. Is there a way to recover data from the box at all? Can you give any ideas why this could happen, to prevent it in the future? Why it cannot boot from the external USB drive as well?

Normally it can happen if you remove the power without performing a software shutdown.

So there is no way to recover anything from the drive, right, the only option is reflash?
