The zed-UE5-1.7_UE5.2 not work

Hi again, i have try to use the “zed-UE5-1.7_UE5.2” project but when I play it, i have this error:

I test the “L_BodyTrackingSingle” and “L_ObjectDetection_3D” but always i get the same error.

What is the problem ?
PD: Im try testing this project why the “zed-livelink-4.0.7” not work when y build project.

  • Are you able to run other UE5 projects (not ZED related)?
  • Are you able to run other scenes in the project? (like camera tracking)
  • Are you using ZED SDK v4.0.7? And Unreal 5.2?
  • Do you have errors when building the solution in Visual Studio?
  • Have you modified the project in any way?
  • What is your configuration? (GPU, OS)
  • Have you optimized the AI models after installing the SDK?

    a: Yes, Many
  • Are you able to run other scenes in the project? (like camera tracking)
    a: No, i try to play other maps but nothing work.
  • Are you using ZED SDK v4.0.7? And Unreal 5.2?
    a: Yes, the same configuration.
  • Do you have errors when building the solution in Visual Studio?
    a: No, VS dont give me errors.
  • Have you modified the project in any way?
    a: No, i use the fresh install of project.
  • What is your configuration? (GPU, OS)
    a: Windows 11, VS 2022, GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 TI.
  • Have you optimized the AI models after installing the SDK?
    a: Yes, i have optimized all models from ZED Diagnostic.

I ran some tests and I forgot to ask you one thing.

Can you try using DirectX 11 instead of Dx12?
This is a known issue on our side, we’re working on fixing it, but for now that’s what causes this error.

Hello, sorry for the delay in replying and yes, I have used dx12. Today I will try changing to dx11.
