SVO Recording - ZED Explorer

I’m trying to use ZED Explorer to record footage from ZED2i Camera, it seems to be working fine for short videos, but If I try to record footage longer than 4 minutes or more when try to playback the .svo file, I get :

When ZED_SVO_Editor is used it says the file has been repaired successfully but again when I try to playback with ZED Explorer doesn’t work. any ideas what is happening ?

I’m using a laptop with decent specs (Win11, Core i9, 32GB Ram,RTX4080), also there is enough space for storage.

Cuda 11.8.89
ZED SDK 4.1.3

I apologize for the issue, thank you for reporting it.

We currently have an issue with the reading methods of SVO2 files on Windows. We have a fix ready for the next patch of the ZED SDK 4.1.4 which will be released in the coming weeks.

Any chance with next patch to recover or fix the files that already have been recorded ?

Yes with the next patch the files you have already recorded will be readable, the data recorded has not been lost.
