I read your post and I asked something different:

1. If I DO NOT use SVGA can I keep using the 4.1.1?

2. To revert the custom calibration, can I just substitute the new .conf file with the old one (conf file I had before the custom calibration)?

You can. The problem seems present only when using SVGA mode.

You can delete if manually in /usr/local/zed/settings or use the “Factory Reset” button in the calibration view of ZED Explorer
