I am trying to find a way to automatically save SVOs when my zed box loses power. Obviously this is a challenging task, possibly theres a way to save every x minutes???
We are struggling to find solutions and I am just hoping for some insight.

Welcome to the Stereolabs community.
The only way to get what you need is to add a backup battery or supercapacitor that allows you to close the SVO and save the last buffered frames when the main power source is removed.
Otherwise, you can start and stop SVO recording every X minutes, but this is not safe because when you stop and start the recording, you can miss a few frames.
