Recommendation for Carrier Board supporting 40W MAXN_SUPER for Orin NX & ZED link Capture Card Duo?

Hi everyone,

I currently own a Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit, a ZED X camera, and a ZED link Capture Card Duo.

I am looking to upgrade my setup to a Jetson Orin NX module and need a new carrier board. I’ve been considering the Waveshare Jetson Orin Nano / NX Super Dual Ethernet Base Board. You can view the exact board here: Waveshare JETSON-ORIN-IO-BASE-B.

Could anyone confirm whether this specific Waveshare carrier board is compatible with the Capture Card Duo and the ZED X when running on an Orin NX?

If this board isn’t compatible due to the CSI connector layout or other hardware constraints, could you suggest alternative third-party carrier boards for the Orin NX that fully support the Capture Card Duo and explicitly support “MAXN_SUPER” power modes at 40W for maximum performance?

I’ve been considering the Waveshare Jetson Orin Nano / NX Super Dual Ethernet Base Board. You can view the exact board here: Waveshare JETSON-ORIN-IO-BASE-B.

You cannot use WaveShare devices with our ZED Link capture card. We do not support Waveshare carrier boards.

You could contact ConnectTech or Auvidea to ask for more information concerning their products supporting the Super mode and compatible with our devices.
