Open the Depth mode: NEURAL through C++

I tried to open the Depth mode: NEURAL through C++ program, but the following error occurred after running it:

However, I have installed tensorrt10.10.0.31 and configured it in VS2022, but the error still occurs. The following is my diagnostic report. I look forward to your reply

Please uninstall CUDA v12.9 and the ZED SDK.
Then install CUDA v12.6 or v12.8 and reinstall the ZED SDK for CUDA 12 and TensorRT 10.

Please note that you must not install TensorRT manually.
The ZED SDK installer installs the required libraries, and then any manual installation can cause conflicts.

I tried to uninstall CUDA 10.9 and ZED SDK, then reinstalled CUDA 10.8 and CUDA 10.6 respectively. This time, I did not manually install TensorRT. I could still open NEURAL mode through DepthViewer, but failed to open it through C++ program and received the same prompt

Please run ZED Diagnostic again and send the new JSON report.

This is the report I got after running the diagnostic tool

What do you get if you try to optimize the AI models by using the ZED Diagnostic tool as described in the documentation?

After the re-optimization, there is no prompt

Now you should be able to visualize the point cloud and the depth map with ZED Explorer.
Please confirm it.

While ZED Explorer cannot visualize point clouds and depth maps, ZED Depth Viewer can properly visualize them using NEURAL Depth Mode. However, I still cannot open NEURAL Depth Mode through C++ calls to ZED SDK.

Sorry, it was a typo. I meant ZED Depth Viewer indeed.

This means that you have not properly configured your environment.

What error do you get? Have you cleaned and rebuilt from scratch?
