New mini carrier board not working

Helo,

I just received a new mini carrier board, I put my Orin NX 16GB in it and unfortunately the board doesn’t work (LED doesn’t light up) and the power supply is 12V DC checked with a voltmeter.
Immediately after connecting, the consumption of approx. 200mA flashes and the LED from ETH flashes.

Please send me a picture showing all the connections and the module installation.
Did you follow this guide to put the Jetson in recovery mode and flash it using our scripts?
