NEW DRIVER and SDK problem

Good morning,
I installed the new version of the driver (stereolabs-zedlink-duo_1.4.1-LI-MAX96712-L4T36.4.0_arm64.deb) and SDK (ZED_SDK_Tegra_L4T36.4_v5.2.2.zstd.run) for ZED X. The installations were successful.
ZED Diagnostic reports no errors, but I still see a black screen in ZED Explorer even though the status has changed to LIVE.
When I type dpkg -l | grep stereolabs-zed I get
ii stereolabs-zedlink-duo 1.4.1-LI-MAX96712-L4T36.4.0 arm64 NVIDIA Kernel DTB Modified Package by Stereolabs
I have Orin NX and when I wrote: apt-cache show nvidia-l4t-core | grep Version , I get 36.4.3-20250107174145

How do I fix this?

This information should be expanded.
What kind of Jetson device are you using?
Is it a StereoLabs ZED Box or a third-party product?

I have a StereoLabs ZED Box. When I wrote cat /etc/nv_tegra_release I got

R36 (release), REVISION: 4.3, GCID: 38968081, BOARD: generic, EABI: aarch64, DATE: Wed Jan 8 01:49:37 UTC 2025

KERNEL_VARIANT: oot

TARGET_USERSPACE_LIB_DIR=nvidia
TARGET_USERSPACE_LIB_DIR_PATH=usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/nvidia.

I have two ZED X.

If I ran ZED_Explorer I got ** [SVO] Hardware compression (NVENC) available **
