Need help designing new carrier board

Hi,

I am designing a new carrier board for jetson Orin nano to support ZED X camera, and plan to have a max9296 deserialiser and the interface circuit similar to ZEDlink mono capture card. I have received the reference design guide from the stereolabs team and it was very helpful to design the board. I intend to reuse the same ZEDlink mono driver and do not want to develop a custom driver. However I would like the following information,

  1. CFG0 and CFG1 are to be used with 10k pull down resistor, Is this assumption correct?
  2. I could see only MFP0 routed to CAM0_CLK pin of Orin Nano, Are there any other MFP pins that needs to be used in any specific manner? I don’t plan to use external sync, so can MFP1 MFP4, MFP5 be left open?
  3. CAM0_PWDN is routed to CMOS_RST on the 24 pin CSI connector, how should this CMOS_RST be connected to MAX9296 (to which pin in specific?)

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Suchin

Hi @Suchin99
Welcome to the Stereolabs Community.

To work with a custom carrier board with GMSL2 support, you need a custom ZED X Driver and specific information that is available only under NDA.
