Missing .conf file for calibration

Hello,

I have done a calibration procedure using OpenCV, I have the calibration parameters. I was informed that all I needed to do was edit a .conf file and add these parameters in. However I can not find this .conf file in the Zed folders. Is this still the same process or has it been updated?

I appreciate I’m not as familiar with this as other people, but I feel I’m so close to completing this calibration process that I’m keen to not give up at the final hurdle.

Hi,

The calibration files are located at the following location:

  • On Windows: C:\ProgramData\Stereolabs\settings
  • On Linux: /usr/local/zed/settings/

Hi,

The calibration files are located at the following location:

  • On Linux:/usr/local/zed/settings/

You can modify the file associated with the serial number of your camera.

Thank you - this is the file pathway I’ve looked for previously, but I don’t have a “Program Data” folder and there is no “Stereolabs” folder in my “Program Files” folder in my C: . I hope that makes sense. Am I missing a download?

“ProgramData” is hidden by default on Windows.

Can you try to :

  • Open File Explorer from the taskbar. Select View > Show, then select Hidden items to view hidden files and folders.

The folder should be visible after that.
