MCU module not responding

My ZED2i Stereo Camera gives the following error when running ZED_Explorer

ZED_Explorer

Chatgpt recommends running a software ZED_Updater but that isn’t there on my ZED SDK tools.

Hi @Asgcs
Welcome to the Stereolabs community.

ChatGPT is not always good. ZED_Updater does not exist, indeed.

We need more details about your device’s status and system configuration to gain a clearer insight into the cause of your issue.
Could you connect the camera to the USB3 port, launch the ZED Diagnostic tool, and send the report file it produces?

Since i am a new user im not allowed to upload files so i have copied the results above

Software Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, CUDA 12.4, ZED SDK 5.1

Are you using WSL2?

Does the tool ZED_Sensor_Viewer work?

Not using WSL, Sensor_Viewer doesn’t give any output on ui interface

Have you modified the udev rules for some reason?
Are you using a custom Ubuntu-like OS?
Have you tried to reinstall the ZED SDK?

Before proceeding further, you should try to use the camera with another Windows or Ubuntu host PC with NVIDIA GPU to exclude hardware problems.

I have not modified the udev rules
i am using ubuntu linux on two computers with similar zed sdk versions will try reinstalling zed sdk on a 3rd computer and running for the previous two devices it gave the same error both meet the gpu conditions and were earlier running all features of the camera. If it is unfortunately a hardware problem what are my options? who do i contact for repairs?
