Lower framerates support for GMSL cameras

Hi everybody,

Is there technical reason lower framerates (<30 fps) are not supported for GMSL cameras (ZED-X, ZED-XM)?

In the tools like ZED_Depth_Viewer, in wrappers, etc.

ROS wrapper explicitly forbids setting it below 30 fps.

Currently with neural depth and 2x cameras on most powerful supported board (AGX Orin) it is not even possible to run 2x cameras at 30 fps so support for lower grab framerates might be handy.

The expected FPS for a dual camera configuration on AGX Orin with NEURAL Depth is reported in the following table

The sensors used on the ZED X do not allow the setting of framerate values different from the settings currently available.
