OK, this confirms that they are on different channels.
Please check the connectivity of the cameras.
Is the failing camera always the same? Have you tried to change/switch the USB3 cable?
Are the screws of the USB3 connector strongly strengthened?
it’s always the same camera that’s failing.
Suppose 2 2i as camA and camB, and it’s cable cableA and cableB
I tried camA-cableA, camB-cableB where camA failed
and then camA-cableB, camB-cableA, where camA failed again
i reconnected cable many times, and each time screws on the connector was strengthen with flathead screwdriver
Is the camera working correctly when used “alone” in single camera configuration?
