Welcome to the StereoLabs community.
For a fast resolution to this type of problem, I recommend sending an email to support@stereolabs.com and adding the report file generated by the ZED Diagnostic tool as an attachment.
In that way, we can open a support ticket and one of the engineers member of the support team will be assigned to it and he will follow you to solve the problem.
