I have a first generation ZED camera. I am running Ubuntu 26 and I installed Cuda 13.3 and the zed sdk. When I run the ZED_Diagnostic everything is a green check mark except for finding the camera. When I run lsusb -l in the terminal, it finds the camera.
Maybe it’s a permission thing. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Welcome to the StereoLabs community.
The latest versions of the ZED SDK are no longer tested on the old, out-of-production ZED cameras of the first generation, so we cannot guarantee they can be used with them.
As long as the camera stream is visible using webcam viewers like cheese and guvcview, the camera is still usable with one of the older versions of the SDK:
