As the headline suggests, I’m trying to find out if there is a way to set up second port here to be able to set this up as an RTK base station. We have the one antenna input which is nice, but we are looking to a second so we can have both a base and rover on this machine. We are currently using a second machine to do this. It would greatly simplify things if it is at all possible.

Unfortunately, this is not an available solution.
We can only support RTK as explained in the GNSS documentation:
