How to Backup ZED BOX ORIN

Hi, I have made modification inside ZED BOX orin, and want to backup it and flash other hardware with same image. Please show me instructions for it.
My hardware is ZED BOX ORIN 16GB with 1TB storage.
Other hardware would be same model.
