When we use the capture program of the tutorial to process the images of ZED 2i, we find that sometimes the received images are incomplete, with black stripes in the images, just like the picture I attached. May I ask what causes this?

Welcome to the StereoLabs community.
This is a typical example of a corrupted frame caused by a bad USB3 connection.
Always use the original StereoLabs cable with a ZED 2i and check that the screws of the connector behind the camera are strongly strengthened.
If that’s the case, are you using USB3 hubs or cable extenders?
Is the USB3 cable placed close to power cables that could introduce electrical noises?
