GMSL2 Cables Don't Fit

I’ve purchased multiple Robotics 360° Perception Kit and GMSL2 1-to-4 Female-to-Male Fakra Cable | Stereolabs. On the most recent batches I have been unable to physically plug in the 1M-4F cable into the quad link card. I have tried across 4 Fakra cables and 2 link cards. None of my colleagues have been able to connect it either - even when applying up to ~30lb of force.





Am I ordering the wrong cables or could there be some tolerance issues in the latest batch? Our best guess is the pin holes on the adapter cable are too tight. This question feels silly, but I can’t figure out what we’re doing wrong.

We have identified an issue between our cable and the capture card.
It appears that the pins on this batch are too small, making it impossible to properly connect the cable.

We have also ordered 2 cables from an alternate vendor (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/amphenol-rf/095-820-199M200/24814137?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20232005509&gbraid=0AAAAADrbLlj-DK02_w3xAdH7Ouvvvpj8N&gclid=Cj0KCQjwlrvBBhDnARIsAHEQgOS11PKBkrRvVlCG3W53B2AsVgVQxASXW3F7A4QUA8-lvOJYTJLjEAgaAsQmEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds) as this is a blocking issue for us at the time where we are investigating the ZedX cameras for our next product. Do you have any estimate of when a working batch will be ready to ship? Not expecting exact dates, but it’d help us to know if this will take a few weeks or a few months to resolve.

Also are there any cables from a known good batch that could be shipped to us? Even 2 working cables would unblock lots of our work as we’re planning to install 6-8 cameras per system.
