GMSL Camera Error

Hi!

I’m facing GMSL problem with ZED Mini Box! The following specification describes my software and hardware:

  • ZED SDK version: 5.1.1
  • CUDA version: V12.2.140
  • Motherboard: Jetson, NVIDIA
  • Graphics card: Orin
  • Camera: ZED-XM

I was not allowed to upload “ZED_Diagnostic_Results.json” and “dmesg.log”, because i’m am a “new user”, so for my company reasons, the only way that i found to share this files was with Wormhole.

sudo ZED_Diagnostic --dmesg

I already tryied this (GMSL2 Troubleshooting - Stereolabs) troubleshooting, but nothing work.

I have some updates:

  • I erased and flashed the lastest jetpack version on this problematic ZED Box Mini, so, by now we have:
    • ZED SDK version: 5.2.1
    • CUDA version: V12.6.68
    • nvidia-jetpack (6.2.1)
  • When i run ZED_Diagnostic, it still shows “fail” for the CAMERA TEST and GMSL DRIVER.

It seems everything is pointing to a hardware error (from my perspective).

[Solution]

I’m not sure if erasing and flashing the lastest version of jetpack, with the re-installing of all the necessary drivers was what helped (Flash your ZED Box Orin), but i followed the “Install the ZED Link driver” guideline and it works!
