Explorer Recording Broken after GPU Settings Change

Hello all, SVO recording has stopped working after I temporarily changed my Graphics settings to force Zed Explorer to use NVIDIA when I was trying to find a way to record with a laptop closed in my backpack for mobility. Restored original settings, reinstalled NVIDIA drivers, reinstalled Zed SDK, still I cannot record except in lossless format in Explorer. I suspect NVENC and Zed SDK are no longer playing nice with each other, but after reinstalling everything I don’t see why it would still be the case, any help is very much appreciated. Thanks!

Please connect the camera and run the ZED Diagnostic tool, then save the report and share the content here.

Hi @Myzhar, thanks for your reply. If I run Diagnostics without attempting to record first, the report shows no issues. If I try to record and then run diagnostics I have a low USB bandwidth failure. I cannot upload the report because I’m a new user, but the report says:

Low USB bandwidth
Frame drops: 28/500
Frame tearing: 0/500
