I’ve already seen there’s something wrong with svo gen2 files and lossless compression. I was wondering if there is someway to restore the svo2 file that has already been compressed in lossless mode or would I have to create again the file with another compress mode.

We have indeed identified an issue of lossless compression on jetson devices with the new SVO gen2 version, and are currently investigating.
Can you try and run the
ZED_SVO_Editor -repair <svo/file/here>
To attempt and repair the SVO, and use it in a ZED SDK tool or sample to see if this resolves the issue?
