ED Link Capture Card Duo Driver Issue on JetPack 6.2 (L4T 36.5.0)

Hello Stereolabs Team,

I recently purchased three ZED X One S cameras along with a ZED Link Capture Card Duo, and I am currently setting them up on a Jetson Orin Nano.

Here is my setup:

  • Device: Jetson Orin Nano

  • JetPack Version: 6.2.2

  • L4T Version: 36.5.0

  • ZED SDK: Installed successfully

When attempting to install the ZED Link Capture Card Duo driver, I noticed that the available driver for JetPack 6.2 is listed as compatible with L4T 36.4, while my system is running L4T 36.5.0 (which corresponds to JetPack 6.2.2).

During installation, I encountered the following error:

stereolabs-zedlink-dou pre-depends on nvidia-l4t-core (<< 36.5-0)
nvidia-l4t-core is installed, but is version 36.5.0

It appears that the driver requires a version of nvidia-l4t-core lower than 36.5, and therefore refuses installation on L4T 36.5.0.

Could you please clarify:

  1. Is the ZED Link Duo driver compatible with JetPack 6.2.2 / L4T 36.5.0?

  2. Is there an updated driver package planned for L4T 36.5?

  3. Is there a recommended workaround (e.g., downgrading to JetPack 6.2 / L4T 36.4, or a patched package)?

The ZED X Driver for Jetson Linux v36.5 has not yet been released.
We planned to release it soon. The final quality control tests are just underway before release.
