Driver install fails : Can't install zed x / zed x one gs / zed x one 4K simultaneously

Hi, We bought zed x / zed x one gs / zed x one 4k for test.

We want to test the zed x / zed x one gs / zed x one 4k camera by connecting it at once, but the error occurs in the driver installation.
Our development environment is as follows.

Jetson type : Jetson AGX Orin devkit
ZED Capture card : zed link duo / zed link quad 
Driver : 5.1.1 / L4T35.3

After installing one of the three types of drivers, if we try to install the remaining drivers, the following error occurs and the installation is not possible.

$ sudo dpkg -i stereolabs-zedone4k_1.0.1-ZED-LINK-QUAD-L4T35.3.1_arm64.deb

We checked the installation and operation of zed x and zed x one gs, and zed x one 4K independently in zed link duo/zed link quad. And when two or more types of drivers are connected after installation of only one of the three models, other types of cameras cannot be recognized.

Our questions are as follows.

  1. Is there a way to install zed x and zed x one gs, zed x one 4k drivers without collisions?
  2. Is there any guide to refer to when connecting zedx and zedxone at the same time?

Hi @hanj

This is currently an expected behavior.
The different GMSL2 drivers cannot be installed simultaneously and then mixed configurations of different camera types are not allowed.

We are working on improving the ZED X Drivers and removing the limitation described above to allow mixed hybrid configurations.

Then may i ask you expected milestone that improving ZED X drivers? Since we are planning to test with ZED X + ZED X ONE configuration, so we need to come up with an alternative if expected update plan is too late.

Unfortunately, there is no available release date for it.
We are working hard to provide with a solution as soon as possible.
