I am trying to build zed-gstramer following the instruction(Getting Started with GStreamer and ZED | Stereolabs). When making, it shows “‘sl::SENSING_MODE’ has not been declared”.

Welcome to the Stereolabs community.
The ZED GStreamer repository does not yet support the latest ZED SDK v4. We will upgrade it as soon as it exits the “early preview” status and we release the ZED SDK v4 GA.
You can use the GStreamer elements by installing ZED SDK v3.8.2
