Can I divide a SVO recording file of say 10000 frames into 10 svo files of 1000 frames each?

You can use the tool ZED_SVOEditor
win: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZED SDK\tools
linux: /usr/local/zed/tools
with the -cut option
