I have been working with the ZED X Mini, and I love it so far. However, some of our imaging scenarios need even higher resolution, so I am attempting to find a 4K Companion Mono Camera that will be available (at least 10 units by the end of Janurary) with our ZED X Mini.
I am operating on a Jetson AGX Orin 64 gb, and hope to also have hardware synchronization via GMSL2 on the Stereolabs capture card. It would also be nice if the camera was HDR. If necessary, I am also prepared to fall back to desynchronized capture, (and thus using something like USB) if GMSL2 simultaneous synchronized capture is not possible.
One camera I was considering as a fall back was: LI-VENUS-OX08B40-96717
While I would love to use the ZED One, it doesn’t seem like it will release in time for our needs. Has there ever been a 4K Companion Mono Camera configuration used before with the ZED X, or something similar before? I would love to know, so I can help find something that might work!
