Capture card led not blinking

I’m using a Jetson Orin NX with the ZED X camera connected via the ZED Duo Capture Card. The system is powered by a stable 14–19V power supply. The software stack is based on JetPack 5.1.2, and all necessary drivers, including the GMSL driver, are correctly installed and detected by the ZED_Diagnostic tool. All hardware connections between the Jetson and the capture card have been verified and confirmed to be functional. However, the camera is not being detected, and the LED on the ZED X has never turned on since the setup was completed two weeks ago. Additionally, the capture card is drawing only around 0.004A, indicating that it may not be supplying adequate power to the camera. Despite having all hardware and software requirements in place, the camera fails to initialize, suggesting a possible issue with the capture card, power delivery, or the camera hardware itself. I’ve also tried with 2 different boards in any of the case the LED didnt blink

This is the setup

What carrier board are you using? Is it an officially supported third-party carrier board?
I cannot identify it from the picture

I tried with both Waveshare and Seedstudio j4012

These carrier boards are not officially supported. Therefore, we cannot ensure that our capture card and driver will function with them, as we do not conduct validation tests on these boards.

Can you please suggest possible fix that can help make them work?

You can consider our carrier board, which is compatible with Orin NX:

What are the possible fix or things to consider for my current carrier board?

There are no official fixes. We do not support them.
Maybe some users of the community can provide you with not official working configurations, if they exist.
