Can you use other ZED cameras once ZED-X is install?

Once the Zed X camera and drivers are installed (AGX Orin), is it possible to go back and use the other ZED cameras? My quick experiment says no.

Also, is it possible/safe to uninstall the driver so that the orin will boot without the capture card once the driver has been installed?

ZED X and the USB3 ZED cameras can work simultaneously unless you are using a custom carrier board where the USB3.0 configuration is configured in the DTS.

You can remove the ZED X driver with sudo dpkg -r stereolabs-zedx*
