When I connect my camera (zed x) to a jetson orin nano (original carrier board) through a zed link duo capture card, the led on the capture card turns on during the ubuntu boot up and then turns off after blinking. I’ve ran the zed diagnostic tool to see what the problem is, but I’m not able to pin point the exact issue.

This is a symptom of wrong software installation.
Please run the command sudo ZED_Diagnostic --dmesg and post here the content of the dmesg.log file that it generates.
Please also post pictures showing your setup.

The ZED X is correctly detected by the driver, but the ZED SDK is not correctly installed.
I recommend you download and reinstall the latest version:
Is the capture card powered as described in the documentation?
