Camera not detected

Hello,
One of my ZED 2i is not detected when running ZED_Diagnostics.
Recently I was transporting the cameras. It was a pretty harsh road with a lot of vibrations, and I am afraid that camera is broken due to the vibrations. Is there a way to confirm that? Or how can I try to “reset” camera?

I attached report from ZED_Diagnostics here
ZED_Diagnostic_Results.json (7.1 KB)

Here are additionally outputs of lsusb, they confirm that the camera is detected as a USB device and the link speed is sufficient

Hi @akim
the Diagnostic report shows that the camera is correctly detected, but not opened.

Can you please verify that the screws of the connector are strongly strengthened?
Can you also please try to open the camera stream with guvcview or cheese?

Best regards

I can confirm the screws are tightly secured.
When I try to open the camera with cheese or guvcview I get black screen. They can detect that there is a device called ZED 2i: ZED 2i

Would it be safe to say that the camera is beyond saving?

Did you try to use another cable?
Can you please send an email to support@stereolabs.com describing the problem?
Attach a few pictures of the camera to the email.
