Camera not detected for zed2i on zed box orin nx

I need some help to figure out the exact problem of camera connection issue so I can instruct a remote customer to replace the needed hardware. We frequently have customer facing similar problem and couldn’t figure out what could be wrong. We test the returned cameras from customer but they work fine.

We have the setup of 10m usb cable, zed box orin nx or xavier nx and zed2i, all ordered from stereolabs store.

The problem is the camera is not detected by the system, let alone the SDK, it’s not listed in /dev/video* at all. Here are some output that might be useful, please let me know if any other command is needed.

Please run the ZED Diagnostic tool and send the report it generates to support@stereolabs.com

Strange it’s saying camera already in use, I’m 100% it’s not in use.

The UVC module of your camera is not available for some reason.

Please test the camera with another PC, you can try to open it with a webcam application to confirm that the UVC stream is not available.

I recommend again you write to support@stereolabs.com for a quick solution to this problem.
