I’m having trouble connecting my ZED2 camera to my Ubuntu 20, Alienware m15 laptop with USB 3.1. Whenever I try to connect the camera, I receive error messages indicating that “Specific Resolutions are not available” and that a “USB2.0 connection detected”.
I even tried with a ZED2i with USB C port… But I still have the same error.
I’m not sure what’s causing these issues, once my laptop only has USB3.1 ports… Has anyone else experienced this problem before?
