You can see picture of code. Code freezing in line 21. Camera is not opening and i cannot recieve any error messages. thanks for any help. You can see sdk version and torch cuda avaliable.
My cuda version is 12.2 and my python is 3.8.10 on ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I tested your code and I was not able to reproduce the issue. How did you get the .svo file ? It looks like the issue comes from it. Could you send it to me if it is not confidential ? Or make an other record that reproduces the issue on your side (even with pointless data) ? And you have the code you used for the record, it would be perfect (if it not the sample record.py)

i had study before kayit1 and kayit3 files so they should work but it didnt , i record the sample record.py except 1 line imshow

Also what if you open your SVO in one of our tools (especially ZED Explorer and ZED Depth Viewer) ?
Yes i tried with your samples , i didnt tried with tools i will immediately.
–Update : Tried with tools , tools are not responding when imported the svo and i run the diagnostic all things working fine
I booted ubuntu 22.04 and install new version of sdk 4.0.6, installed cuda 12.1 but still same issue i almost tried everything and very tired. Svo files is not corrupted my friend is using them code is fine we are running his computer.
So our tools do not work either ?
Can you send me the diagnostics anyway ? It seems related to your hardware, just want to see what kind of PC you are running. For example, if you have a specific GPU which can run CUDA but which has no hardware encoder, it will not be able to use SVOs.
Also what happens with a real camera ?
