Calibration failed

Hi, I used the SDK calibration. I tried three times. every time at the end it says unsuccessful calibration. ZED calibration did not manage to perform a good calibration. Please try again. If this error persists. please send a mail at support@stereolabs.com. This is super frustrating as our company is exploring enterprise partnership with StereoLabs. If this is super hard and a lot of issue for just one camera setup. How could we go with hundred or even more.

Please add more information. What camera are you using? What ZED SDK version?

Why are you using the calibration tool? Isn’t the camera performing as expected?
Our cameras are factory calibrated, so you do not need to perform a manual calibration, unless it’s required.
