C# Nuget Package Target .NET 8 / .NET Standard 2.1

Is it possible to get the Nuget package published targeting .Net standard 2.1 or .net 8? This will mean people wont need to manually run CMAKE and compile the dll themselves. you could then simply include the Nuget reference.
