Body 18 vs. Body 34/38 (body tracking)

For body-tracking, does body18 have a further tracking range compared to body34/38?

I’m body-tracking using a pair of ZedXOneGS Wide-lensed cameras on body 34 (resulting in a range of ~5-6m in my application).

Does the reduced number of keypoints in body18 make any difference in terms of the tracking range?

Hi @dsalasidis
In your case, the Body Tracking range is not limited by a software configuration (the used model does not influence the depth range), but depends on the baseline that you set for your custom depth camera.
The wider the baseline, the longer the skeleton detection range.

I have a 34.5cm baseline between my cameras, which results in that ~5-6m depth range when body tracking with body34.

According to this image, the 34.5cm baseline should result in a depth range of ~100m.

I was wondering why my 34.5cm baseline is only providing body tracking at a depth range of up to ~5-6m (with body34)?

Is the stereo calibration accurate? Can you record a Stereo SVO with your system and share it with me together with the calibration file?

I sent you a private message including the Stereo SVO and the calibration file.

Let me know if you got it.
