Blue Flashing LED on ZED2 Camera

Just installed CUDA 11.5 and ZED SDK 3.7.2 on a windows 10 64 bit PC and checked ZED Explorer that the camera is connected and Diagnostics that everything was installed correctly, but when I run my Unity build, that uses the Object Detection module, it does not run, no error messages in the logs and all that I see on the ZED2 is a blue flashing LED, when it normally should be a solid blue LED. Tried to find help on this but couldn’t find any solutions online. Would appreciate assistance in this matter.

Hi,

Could you share the diagnostic report with us ? You can send it at support@stereolabs.com

Are you able to run any Object detection c++ sample ?

Thanks.

I can send the report tomorrow at earliest when I am next able to access the PC. I am using Unity so I did not test with the C++ sample, but I can do that tomorrow as well.

Hi Benjamin,

I tried to run it and it gave me an error message that finally helped me to solve the issue.
The calibration file was missing, so I followed the steps on the sample to download it and place it into the right folder and it is now working. Thanks for the help.

It was kind of hard to catch the error message though… The program closed itself so fast after failing to download the calibration file as this PC that I was working on was not connected to the internet.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback.

We will take your feedback into account regarding the Unity plugin and work on that for the future versions.
