Hi everyone,
I’ve freshly installed the StereoLabs SDK 4.2.5 and CUDA 12.6.20 on my computer and I’m trying to optimize the AI models but the software crashes. Whenever I use the CMD to optimize them, it skips the models after 0.1% of optimization.
Any ideas as to what this might cause?

Hi @tschuurbiers
please click SAVE
and send me the report file generated by the ZED Diagnostic tool .
Yes! Hope this helps
ZED_Diagnostic_Results.json (15.2 KB)
It shouldn’t be necessary, but just to make sure, could you try downloading and putting zlib dll in a folder in the PATH? Like the CUDA bin folder or whichever. You can find it here http://www.winimage.com/zLibDll/zlib123dllx64.zip (from nvidia doc ).
I’ve tried, still the same problem!
Here’s the new result:
ZED_Diagnostic_Results 1.json (15.2 KB)
Can you clean your resources folder (C:\ProgramData\Stereolabs \resources) and try again?
That seemed to work for some of them!
I think what’s happening is the models you downloaded were corrupted (I don’t know why) and the sdk was silently failing optimizing them.
Okay I see, good to know!
It still gives this error window though

Hi @tschuurbiers
The screenshot is low resolution and it’s not possible to read the content of it
Oh sorry! This one is in better resolution;
I’ve done a clean install of Windows, reinstalled all drivers and STILL this window pops up..

Hi @tschuurbiers
Have you tried using the latest ZED SDK v5.0.6 instead of the old v4.2.5?
