Captured images turn purple

In rare cases, captured images turn purple.

My environment is as follows
Camera: ZED 2
SDK: 3.2.0
firmware: 1523-776
OS: windows 10

Does anyone know what is causing this?
If you need any additional information, please let me know.

Hi @TaroTokui
can you add details?
Screenshots and SVOs would be really useful.

Hi @Myzhar

Sorry, late reply.
This is the screenshot.
The purple area is the area where the camera image would normally be displayed.
The number in the upper left corner is the frame rate of my program. The image was acquired at about 10 fps, but every frame was this purple image.

Hi @TaroTokui
please write an email to support@stereolabs.com describing the issue in detail and adding the report file generated by the ZED Diagnostic tool to get technical support for your problem.

It’s a little late, but I sent the diagnostic file to support and got an answer.

It seems that the main cause was the firmware and that is currently being addressed.

However, the current SDK allows for a workaround for this issue, so I have updated the SDK to the latest version to handle this issue.

Thank you very much.
