ZEDs stopping picture delivery in mutlicam Setup

Hey Folks,

we’re having a multicam setup here with 3 ZED2i’s for people tracking. We’re facing the issue that the cameras randomly freeze after 1,5 to 6 hours uptime. Both in our integration as well as in the multicam viewer example. Has anyone else experienced such problems and maybe has a fix for that?

many reasons can cause this kind of issue. The best practice, in this case, is to write an email to support@stereolabs.com providing the most useful information about the host system, better if together with the reports generated by the ZED Diagnostic tool.
