Device EdgePlant1 (Jetson TX2) cannot detect ZED 2i camera

I use ZED 2i camera connected to Edgeplant1 device (aptpod,Inc. EDGEPLANT T1)
Use the connection cable that came with the camera when I bought it from you as shown below:

Processing: DD820AEE-2291-4944-9A69-E5F6B1977560.jpg…
Even though I installed ZED sdk version 3.5.5
But after plugging in the device it doesn’t seem to work
the device cannot detect the camera
This is the command I used to test
aimesoft@edgegrit1:~$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 1199:9071 Sierra Wireless, Inc.
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 0451:8140 Texas Instruments, Inc.
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 046d:c52b Logitech, Inc. Unifying Receiver
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0451:8142 Texas Instruments, Inc. TUSB8041 4-Port Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

I then decided to buy a type-C cable and adapter convert from type-C to USB 3.0 as shown below.

Processing: Skype_Picture_2021_10_12T09_03_56_593Z.jpeg…
Then the device detects the camera.
aimesoft@edgegrit1:~$ lsusb -t

I use OpenCV library to access and still get images from the camera.
But if using ZED_Diagnose, the camera cannot be detected.
Details of my device you can refer to here

Which OS do you use?
I have a similar issue, ZED is detected by OS, but ZED_Diagnostic cannot open it. Could you provide output of ./ZED_Diagnostic -c?

I use Manjaro Linux and run docker container docker run --gpus all --rm -it -v /dev:/dev -v --net=host -e DISPLAY=:0 --privileged=true stereolabs/zed:3.6-gl-devel-cuda11.4-ubuntu20.04 bash
My inxi output:

Zed Diagnostic result:
ZED_Diagnostic_Results.json (5.1 KB)

There is a strange message:

        "USBMode": 3,
        "ZED Camera Module Detected": 63616,
        "ZED MCU Module Detected": 63617,
        "ZEDDetected": true,
        "notTested": [
            "Please connect a camera to test the USB connection."
        ]

ZED Diagnostic in my machine has exactly the same message.
