Can you collect the stereo video, depth map, point cloud and the sensor readings all at the same time via the sdk viewer?

Can you explain your request with more details?
The ZED Explorer tool provide recording capability in SVO format.
An SVO file can be then used as an input for the ZED SDK (and the tools) to extract all the information as if a real live camera is connected to the system.
